Sera is correct. You have more hormones flowing in your veins than blood at this stage of life and they govern your brain and thinking in addition to your physical development. You are no different than most teens except that you have a release most do not.
Take cold showers, keep your mind busy with other activities and channel your thoughts away from sex when they pop into your head. Masturbate a lot. Lastly, this is the time to begin learning self control and prioritizing things in your life. Welcome to adulthood. This will get better in about five years!

As a woman? I take a deep breath and get the hell over it. Hormones are a double-edged sword. Learn to live with them, and to control them.

Several "friends" (FWB) were men I met over the years and were just really good friends.
