Hymen bleeding

I had sex with my girlfriend and she bled a little bit 2 days later, do you think this was from her hymen breaking or blotting ( )

it was probably from her hymen.

i msyelf bled fairly lightly, off and on, for about 2 to 3 days after my first time.
