Well, some people will say if you have to ask someone else if you are too young, then you are.

To flip the question, I'd say that you are old enough when you are ready to deal with any of the consequences of having sex. What about protection (condoms/spermicide/birth control pill)? What if you get pregnant? What if you need to get an abortion? What if you contract a STD? What if your boy/girlfriend has sex with you and you never hear from them again?

If you can honestly and realistically say that you can deal with those issues then you might be ready to have sex. Otherwise, I'd wait.

Well the answer is there isn’t an answer… as long as both of the people consent then if they kiss or do other stuff that’s up to them, everybody matures at different rates so you cant just apply one age and say this is the age you have to be. I know some 20 year olds that shouldn’t be allowed to go near the opposite sex..(Guys ‘n girls) and I know some 13 y/os that make the 20 year olds look like preteens in maturity.
