how to stay tight.. down there

ok.. i have alredy had sex so its not tight anymore i guess..
Of course you can do the kegel exercise but usually, if you're young, that is really not necessary.
Kegel exercises aren't just to keep things "tight" down there, but they allow you to have much better control of the muscles that provide you with your orgasm. Learning to control them will A) allow you to have more intense orgasms, and B) be able to grip a cock with better control so that it is more stimulating for him.

Hey, the vagina doesn't get looser over time with sex unless we're taking about you haven't gone into childbirth. And even though..... It's normal for the vagina to stretch during arousal. It makes things easier that way. That's completly normal and nothing to be ashame of.

Of course you can do the kegel exercise but usually, if you're young, that is really not necessary.

Kegal exercises probably.
Really the only thing that "noticably" changes your tightness down there is childbirth.
I've had sex, but I notice if I don't have it for awhile.. things seem tighter.
Regular sex isn't really going to change much down there... of course you aren't as tight as your first time.. but that's to be expected.

By isn't the vagina supposed to clench up enough on its own. It closes in on everything that is being inserted in. Of course, that's extrastimulation but what I wanted to mean is that the vagina itself does it itself, maybe not enough for her but still.

Muscles, it is all about muscles and whether you have been doing your Kegel exercizes to strengthen those muscles. Even childbirth doesn't have to result in loosening up.
