i sugest you do not do it take it from some one who did and regret it.
there is a sugery to correct your pense shape but it will shorten your pense by about alot.
when i was in my 14 my doctor told me to do it because the lady would laugh at the size of my pense shape. at the time i never knew what sex really was and my dad with no back bone would sign off on anything. so i had the sugery done. i knew i have lost something after two week of recover but never knew what until i had sex in my twentys.

Orangfe is correct: the only way to do it is surgically and that is not desireable surgery except in EXTREM situations. I have seen them in all shapes and sizes and angles and they are all fine.
