I've never timed it, but I imagine I could get off pretty quick (a few minutes) given the right circumstances.

Yes, I hate the temptation to hurry up. What you need is some sort of motivation to keep yourself quiet. For example, sharing a room wth someone who is <10 feet away from you and possibly awake, but wanting to get off before you go to sleep anyways.
