Hey, well I am just posing here so that people dont yell at me for posting something that was probaby went over million times. But I tried researching and looked through FAQ's at the beggining of NEW to SEX section and couldn't find any good info. What I am looking for is an advise on how to last longer, I'd do anything exept drugs (cuz I don't wanna kill myself).
So here's what happen's me and my GF have sex and I am at my orgast point about 10min in, which really sux cuz then I have to pull out and finger her til it goes away.

How to last longer???
First things first. Most women will tell you that if intercourse lasts longer than about ten minutes they become tired, bored, and sore. Word to the wise.
As for lasting longer, there are two good fixes. One is the "Squeeze Technique". You can do a GOOGLE search for more information.
I recommend an exercise that the two of you can do together that will train you to recognize when you are about to climax and to hold it at bay. You can do an advanced search using my name and the key words: PE or Premature Ejaculation, or exercise, or benchmark, or urgency. One or more of these will take you to several posts that describe the procedure. While you do not suffer from PE, the fix is the same in both cases.
