how i feel to him

i had never had any complaints from my boyfriend about how i felt, tightness wise. until a few months ago. we hadn't had sex in a while. we use to go through spurts like that. it was kind of an emontial toll on me. because for some reason i use to hold sex very high in my book. (i do now but we've been together longer and we understand each other better now) at this point we had been together a year and half and now we've been together like 3 years. well one night as we in the middle of sex he stopped and it was right after my period and said "you feel different."it really upset me and forever since then i have had it in the back of my mind that i don't feel as good to him now.
can woman just change like that? i learned ways to tighten my muscles during sex so he likes it but i still am worried about how i could have just changed?

You are asking the wrong people. Ask him if by feeling different this is a good thing or a bad thing. Communication is key to a successful relationship. Of course people change, boobs sag, chins sag, hair becomes gray(er), and other stuff happens. Is this part of it? I don't know. Maybe what he felt was a one time thing or conditional on the position you used that particular time.

As long as the quality of your sexual relationship is not changing, then do not become alarmed.

it does seem you might be misinterpreting what he was saying, unless he specifically told you it was a negative thing, then it probably wasn't.
guys dont think too deep when they make comments sometimes, he might be totaly unaware of how it made you feel, like the dr. said, investigate, discuss find out what he meant, unless you have but i haven't seen any reason to think he is being negative.. yet.
