well iam a male, un cut, and this is what i would love from oral sex.
First off suck/lick the balls then lick up the shaft,
bring the foreskin forward and lick under neath it and on the top of the head, then pull the foreskin back and lick around the foreskin, and suck on jus the tip of the head
As an "uncut" male I can agree first-hand (so to speak ) with Demon's comments.
An uncut penis is likely to be more sensitive and therefore (all else being equal) will require less stimulation to reach the same level of excitement.
The reason for the "extra" sensitivity is two-fold:
a) The foreskin is loaded with sensitive nerves and an an uncut male therefore has more of them, and
b) The head of the penis of a cut male endures more day-to-day abrasion against clothing and becomes relatively de-sensitised over time.
Other than that ... they both work exactly the same.
