Subjecting anyone to a drug (which alcohol is) without their permission is at least morally wrong, and may even be illegal, depending on where you live! I am not a legal expert, but I think some jurisdictions may consider it abuse of some kind.
Please stop and think very carefully about it. Sometimes things that can seem like a bit of innocent fun really aren't!
I'm with ItalStall all the way on this one and it is, indeed, illegal to give someone a drug without their knowledge. You don't mention if her mom drinks at all. If she does not, she has her reasons. Imagine if you were to "get her drunk" and she fell and seriously injured herself. Label this idea as stupid and sophomoric and move on to something constructive.

Believe it or not, there are scientific reasons behind the drinking age. A lot of important brain development is going on until ~age 21. But it's your brain, go ahead & screw it up all you want. (note- as we know, most people who drink underage don't just have a glass of wine, they go to get drunk. The occasional beer or whatever under 21 won't make you retarded.)
And slipping alcohol into someones drink is a very good way to get the crap beat out of you. I speak from personal experience there.
Now i cant say I've never drank, and I'm not 21, but i do know now, after a few bad experiences that its not the "cool" thing to do, and people (the people who actually matter) will respect you for NOT drinking. Secondly, if you think that getting yur girlfriends mother drunk is going to get her off yur back, you need a serious reality check. Think long and hard before you do something stupid

give some mixed drinks, like screwdrive, rum and coke, etc. but dont put a lot of alcohol in it so that she can't taste it.
Vodka may be your answer, it does not have a strong flavor nor scent, and you can mix it with a lot of things.
