I don't know what to do when i'm on top of a guy?
i tried moving up and down, front and back, even side to side, nothing works.
the only thing he likes is when i go up and down on my feet, but that hurts like a bitch and i cant do it for that long, so i want to master some new methods.

I know what I have been doing lately works wonders for my boyfriend.
I do not use my feet to ride up and down because that hurts me too. The thing is men like to go and feel as deep as possible. What I do is I bounce up and down but instead of my pelvis being stiff and in one position I roll it from the back to the front while riding him up and down. This way my insides squeeze on the whole of his penis and hes able to penetrate deeply. Have your knees on each side of his waist or hips. It's a bounce and a roll at the same time. Try it.
