I have to agree.... I actually did two hours once.... But I had just come in from the cold, and we did take 4 or five breaks to smoke.... It was an intence experience.... but you do have to becarefull..... I ended up regreting who it was I had dont it with.

yes, I think anything longer than a half hour can be a little taxing on the girl. I find it hard to keep wet the entire time if I go longer than that - so lubricants are a must!..

I've found that if I just "go right at it" when having intercourse, then I blow my load quite soon. But I've began to realise that by controlling my breathing, I am kinda able to control my cummimg. I just make sure that I take deep breaths everytime and this seems to do the trick. I totally agree that it's all in your mind.

I just found the website today and im loving it. Great job to everybody on the level of maturity and great advice.

I surprisingly didnt see these things written down. Maybe they are in other areas but here is what i do anyways.

1. Relax and dont think about what your doing! Thinking about what your doing and how good it feels makes you bust a whole lot faster.

2. Relax your muscles in your groin area especially. When your thrusting you tighten up your muscles and it causes you to bust faster. If you are on top it can be hard to relax the muscles all the way. I find it to help if you focus on doing something else, like squeezing your hand if its free. Or holding on to a bedpost tightly. You can do the same thing with your toes but i find your feet to get tired of flexing.

3. If you are barely into it and you feel like you are going to bust then try to do whatever you can to make the bust as weak as possible. Pull out if you are real close and just let it bust without any stimulation. I have found that if i squeeze at the base then it makes the orgasm not as strong. If you can make the orgasm weak enough then you will stay hard and all you gotta do is wipe up the mess and continue.

4. Most of it is just a mind game. Once you learn how to play you can win whenever you want. I can bust within 30seconds if i i want to. Or if i want to i can hold it in for 2 hours. I can relate! We average 10-15 minutes, and honestly, we wouldn't want it to last any longer... it's intense and exhausting enough as it is! I've always been under the illusion that women expect it (actual intercourse) to continue on for hours, but even my wife assures me that she thinks duration is greatly overrated and finds what we do totally satisfying.

Of course, you can lengthen the fun with lots of foreplay ( which in many ways I feel is actually the best part). But I think stressing over how long you actually have intercourse is not worth it... as long as you both come up satisfied, what more can you ask for?

Just kidding! Personally, I think this "lasting for hours" is highly over-rated and probably somewhat exagerated - at least when it comes to actual screwing. Now foreplay can be a different story!

I suppose there's something to be said for cumming... then after a short recovery period going for it again.

But I seriously doubt there's much actual screwing going on where the guy lasts for hours.
