I suppose, as this is the age-old question, yet doesn't it just bother the heck out you?
Much much better me thinks for the woman to whisper something or to give a cue like a sigh or a squeeze of the hand that the two of you work out as a definite signal.
A woman's orgasm is much more internalized than a man's and as such they are not often detectable by us which begs the question. Good etiquette would be for her to let him know in some subtle way.
You really just have to ask her. There are signs to look for like harder breathing and vaginal contractions, but different girls exhibit orgasm differently and the only way to know for sure is to ask.
Yeah thats awfully true men just cant find the clue to this whether they are being to please the women adequately, and so far the women I have encountered I am of the impression all of them are good fakers and they just seem to deny the actual thing. With my experience I can also say that merely heavy breathing or vaginal contractions do not reflect the actual picture.
well i know because i can feel my girl when she orgasms. that and during intercoarse u will notice because all of a sudden it will be very very wet and lubricated. lol.
I see it as though 'why bother faking an orgasm, thats like a guy trying to fake an orgasm. why would we bother? we wouldn't! we'd rather have an orgasm than fake an orgasm'
and if u dont get off then u dont get off. no point faking it
There's nothing that happens that a woman can't fake -- with the possible exception of really dramatic squirting, but that doesn't happen when most women do orgasm.

That's not an orgasm, it's just getting excited.

I can't believe you could possibly be asking that as a rhetorical question to suggest that women don't fake orgasms. That seems to be the obvious reading; the alternative is that you really don't know why women fake them.
It's kind of obvious: because she wants the guy to feel happy.

It's not the same, for at least two reasons: (i) real male orgasms (one of 'em, anyway) are generally easier to produce, at least for healthy guys who are middle-aged or younger, and (ii) fake male orgasms, at least if you want to include ejaculation, are quite difficult to produce.*

The former is not always an option for at least some women, or at least not one that's practical in the circumstances. Or, it might be something she's better at accomplishing without a guy's help.
___________
* I suppose that surreptitiously placing some previously prepared psuedo-semen in the condom ahead of time might work ... or your could just get out of there quickly and dispose of the empty one before anyone sees it.
There are physical signs that she cannot control such as flushing, involuntary hardening of the nipples, engorgement of labia and lips, and in fact her breasts will increase in size slightly. I have not heard of a woman faking squirting however so you can use that too.
My girlfriend just kind of gives me a cue when she's having an orgasm. When she does she'll often just grab the bed and squeeze really tight or grab anything for that matter, hair, my arm, etc. Also I notice her breathing becomes really heavy when she's close or during.

You just have to pay close attention.
