I was with my girlfriend the other night and we had sex.. Afterwards she asked why I never talk during sex.. I haven't really felt the need to in the past but I like the idea! She said that I should say something and then she would say stuff back to me so that we would get more turned on during sex. Hmmm...I thought this one was easier for men then women! When you are w/her just tell her what is on your mind but use the word you would if you are talking to the guys. It's easier if you begin in the heat of the moment and the words sounds more "natural" as you get used to it. it totally depends on who you are. i, at the moment, would feel uncomfortable and cheesy saying what oldkinky suggested. i think a really good starting place is just talking when you're having sex. i talk rubbish as i'm nearer to orgasm, i just start gibbering saying oh my god you're amazing and that sort of stuff. but basically just start off really simple and when you start feeling comfortable saying that build it up a bit.
