Well, I can personally be "dripping wet" and still not be wet enough to accept his penis.
It all just depends on the person.
You can easily go to the store and pick up something like astroglide (it's what I recommend as it has helped me a lot) so that if you need the extra lube, you will have it.
Just so you know, you will be tight for a while. You also may be narrow down there, which will play a factor in how tight you are.
It took me like 4 times for me to be able to accept his penis in me (and he's really not that big. maybe a tad above average.) and it took some working and some extra lube as I just never seemed to be wet enough and being narrow runs in my family.
