Ok I’ll start from the top. Well me and my girlfriend decided to brake up but we still had feeling for each other so we agreed that we wouldn’t date other people and we would go back together after the school year (don’t ask why 
) so we get back together and ever things fine she says she wants to be with me for the rest of her life, get married and all that good stuff. But this whole time she tells me she wants me to be her first, but today she told me she had sex with someone the day before school got out. Now I’m really mad, 38 mad and I want to know how should handle this without saying the things I want to say to her? (Trust me there not nice) By the way I’m 16 and she’s 17

To be clear... she told you she wanted you to be her first, but while you were on a break, she had sex with someone else?
Well, if you weren't together at the time, while you may have "hoped" to be her first, many times in life things don't turn out the way we hope. If you were on a break, I don't see that she did anything wrong.
As I see it, she's been honest with you. If you have feelings for her, hopefully you can get past this. However, if you can't, then you should probably just move on now... being angry with each other isn't going to accomplish much.
