how to deal with pain for a beginner

my g/f has had sex before but not a lot and hasn't in about a year
how can she make it less painful if she starts becoming sexually active again

also..
how can i be more gentle and does her being on top make it easier for her

You can be gentle by:

* Spending lots of time turning her on. Being wet is no more a sign of being ready than is the presence of precum.

* Being considerate and waiting for her to indicate that she is ready for intercourse.

* Making certain all pieces-parts are well lubricated before meshing any two.

* Applying pressure instead of poking or shoving.

The Woman Superior position:

* Is easier on women because:

+ It lets her determine the placement and angle of the penis
+ Speed and depth of penetration
+ Angle of penetration to a limited extent
+ Speed and rhythm of stroking
+ And the big plus: this position permits her to have continuous contact of her clitoris with the man's pubic mound thus making it very easy for her to achieve the necessary friction for attaining a climax

the first time i had sex the guy (we're not together anymore) was more rough, thought he knew how to do it and kind of just shoved. really hurt. i really regret it too because i wish my first time was something i could give to my current boyfriend

I'm with Horizon...my first time wasn't all that pleasent. Gentle is the key word in everything dancingdoc said. If she doesn't like something, stop.

So girl on top is better? I kept hearing it the other way. Then in another post they said something about that so I asked which one was better but no one replied.

I dont think I'd be comfortable on top, but I think thats partly just because I'd be afriad of hurting him which I guess sounds weird.

I think it's probably a comfort/opinion issue, but generally woman on top is better for woman, man on top is better for man. Then again, I'm a virgin, So....

Havent had sex yet either lol but my main problem is, what I mean about hurting him, even though I know I wouldnt, I have 30 lbs on him. So I dont know, to me he just seems small, even though height wise he's definitly taller. I hate being bigger then him but thats a different story all together lol I'm working on changing that. :)

you won't hurt him lonewolf, not unless like you purposefully try to smash his balls i mean. that's like the only way you can hurt him other then bendin his penis the wrong way.

i've been on top. i like being on top for the most part. im just still learning on what to do up there. lol

Have to agree with Lass here...unless you smash his balls or bend his penis I think you're ok.
Dont worry about it. Im sure he doesnt have a problem with you sitting on him at all and I dont think it will hurt :)

Well I guess the only way to find out would be to try it... but theres just other things its too hard to explain. Plus he would be the only one who would really know if he liked it right?

Hmmm *wonders if I should smash his balls* ....only joking

i dont really like girl on top either. but trust me you wont hurt him. i doubt he notices that you're bigger then him, i think he can handle you straddeling him. but if you still dont feel comfortable, then tell him that, get him to be on top for the first few times unless he only wants to be on the bottom, then you two need to have a conversation lol. just tell him why you dont want to be on top, sure he'll understand.

stereotypically the guy is bigger then the girl... but thats only stereotypically. there are so many couples out there where thats not so. the only place you dont normally find those couples is on tv.
