I was wondering though, I know Im probably going to sound very stupid but thats OK :) What are the signs of an orgasm?
My boyfriend can go down on me and finger me to the point where Im shaking really badly and my whole body is sort of 'squirming' around if that makes sense.
Is that an orgasm or does that have to carry on past that stage to reach one?
Its just I cant see how it can be any more pleasurable than what it is when I am shaking etc.
There has been times where Ive had to make him stop with his fingers as I feel Im going to scream - which wouldnt be a good idea with a baby in the house! Next time should I let him carry on, and well if I scream do it very quietly if I can or what?!
I have read all the sticky topics on it but it doesnt say what the signs of an orgasm are.
Any help would be great, thanks!

More often than not, if you wonder if you've had an orgasm you probably haven't.
You may be feeling pleasure nearly to the point of shaking, but orgasm is the point where this feeling "explodes", you feel that there is clear change in feelings and sensations, you clearly see suddenly going "Down" from all going up up all the time.
I believe, you just don't cross the point of reaching orgasm, just get very near it. Key is to relax, try to use more lubrication (even if you think you naturally get enough - sometimes this can do wonders), ask him not to press too much or do it slower because you probably get too sensitive.
Good idea is also to do it yourself first ;)
your prob not reaching orgasm but are right on the edge. this happened with a girl i know. The thing we did was altered something slightly and went with it for a while. angle, speed, depth. In the end it got her closer and closer, what sent her over the edge actually was something i never thought of. it was whispering/moaning in her ear. so sometimes u just need a little something to send you over the top, maybe a carress, or something else. ie an extra sensation.
