How to beat the gag reflex, any ideas?
My bf loves it when I go down on him and its a huge turn on for me ;) however I can tell he really wants to be able to cum in my mouth, we've tried it once but I just gagged and brought it all back up, not very hot!
But the thing is I can tell that he's not quite so relaxed anymore and is worrying that he'll get a bit too excited and cum in my mouth again, which takes away some of the enjoyment for him.
I read somewhere that if you move your tongue to the top of your mouth and let him cum under your tongue that can help, does anyone know if this is true? Also i read that you can feel yourself when a guy is about to come, does anyone know how?

How to beat the gag reflex?
My normal reply to this oft asked question is to simply raise the tip of the tongue placing it against the roof of the mouth. The semen can then squirt against the bottom surface of the tongue, and as previously stated, protect the gag reflex.
To swallow or not to swallow is an individual call. If you want to, fine, if you do not want to, fine. Just let your guy know what your decision is. If you do want to yet do not want to swallow the semen whole, then take a sip of water, cola, or wine, along with it.

Why is the swallow so important to him if it makes you feel ill? I am gonna tell you a little secret here...you don't have to swallow for it to feel good for him! I don't care what his reason for it is...You are doing him the oral favor he should appreciate it for what it is with or with out the swallow. Some guys out there can't get head at all let alone a swallow at the end.
Now that I got that out there here is what you do...while you are doing the deed use your hand as an extention of your lips. Meaning wrap your fingers around his penis and keep them close to your lips. When he has his big finish put the back of your tongue up to the roof of your mouth to prevent the ejaculate from hitting the back of your throat. Keep him in your mouth but let the ejaculate run back down his shaft while you keep pumping with your hand and mouth on him until he is done. When you are done your last move should be upwards keeping your hand close to your mouth the whole way up until you release his penis. You won't swallow and it gives him little extra wow at the end.
Try this without him knowing...in the end he really won't know that you didn't swallow because most of his ejaculate will be on and in your hand.
How to tell varies with the sexual response of the individual male. You just have to learn his signals.
Next, wasting all of that good protein is silly. His ejaculate is Atkin's approved.
Next time, just relax your throat and have him well back behind your taste buds when he comes which just sends it down your throat. You will not only not taste it but will be hard pressed to know if he did ejaculate.

The gagging does not come from the taste (ugh) or consistency (yuk), it comes from that first hard shot right against your gag reflex That is on the soft palate at the back of the throat. Protecting that spot is the key. If you place a finger against the back of the scrotum or a thumb at the base of the penis, you will have a warning that it is coming. As soon as you feel that, squeeze the back of your tongue against the back of the hard palate. Some women here have suggested your original thought of placing your tongue on top of the penis. Either way, the gag spot is protected. Does not taste better or feel better but you get used to those. And the rest of the process is worth it.
You all act like ejaculate is horrible. Ugh! Yuk! and so forth. This is not the case. Most of the 'gag reflex' is in your head. You don't gag when drinking through a straw and oral sex is similar. Relaxing means your soft palate will not be tense and ready to react at the slightest touch.
