I wonder too, though I'm sure it's been stated that the transgenderedness isn't an issue I'd think you're right that it could still be. It really depends on the TG women. I know several, and some of them, are completely against using their penis for anything besides peeing whereas others are fine using it for sex. If you get as far as being involved with her sexually just ask what she will and won't do it's perfectly fine.
