I flirt a lot with girls but sometimes i feel really attracted to some guys, I'm in a all boys school and when I'm in a class and sitting beside a guy i like i can't help getting an errection. The teenage years are a decade long beginning about age eleven and continuing well into age 21. Along the way kids go thru various phases in order to mature from childhood into adulthood. Exploration, be it with social situations, dating, romantic, as well as "sexploration" are all part of the process of learning who and what we are all about as a person. As we explore the world around us, the people around us, new and different ideas around us, we will discover things we like, things we do not, and things to think about at another time.

Raging hormones affect boys right out of puberty for a few years before eventually settling down and balancing out. Spontaneous erections that happen for no apparent reason are the norm and will occur daily for many years to come, annoying as this can sometimes be. Erections come and erections go and can be caused by having sexy thoughts, seeing a sexy person or a mannequin, touching a person, smells and aromas, not to mention tastes, hearing something that arouses us, to mention the most common of stimuli. So, sitting beside someone is just another type of stimuli that will often cause us to have a harder than normal erection that sometimes will feel like our penis will burst.

Normal...all normal. Consider it yet another phase that many teens experience. While your friend might have felt "guilty" it might just be that he was self-conscious and embarrassed. If true, simply reassure each other.

It is not at all unusual for a group of friends to have "jerk off" competitions in which they compete to see who can ejaculate the most volume, the greatest distance, the most number of times, in the least amount of time.

It is not unusual for a couple of boys to get together and compare the technique each uses to masturbate, try the other's method and/or explore new techniques. Yet another teen activity is to try and bring each other to orgasm.

As phases, the exploration does not generally last a long time and soon all involved move on to other interests.

Are you Bi-curious or Bi-sexual--or, Straight? Time will tell. It is probably too soon to classify yourself, so just observe and know that your activities are common phases that happen to many of us in one form or another. If after a couple of years you decide that you are mainly interested in girls, then you have your answer. If you are mainly interested in girls yet have a curiosity about relationships with other males, then consider yourself "Bi-curious". If this develops further then you might consider yourself to be "Bi-sexual" in which you exhibit a pretty much equal liking for both genders.
