Brandye is absolutely correct on this. We have discussed this in Human Biology class recently, our professor said that couples where one has HIV and the other doesn't have to make sure not to kiss after brushing teeth, eating chips, etc. because if each gets a tiny cut in their mouths the other would get HIV. So if semen or precum get in your mouth and the person has HIV you will likely get it, from my understanding.
