When do you know you are ready for sex?

Hello all, I am new here >..<

Aaah.. alright, it's just that I am curious. How can you tell that you're ready having a sex with your partner?


And is it hurt, I mean, the first time you're having sex with you male partner? Because some people said it wasn't hurt but some did. So care to share your first time experience with me? By the way, I do have a boy friend :-) and I am guy.

First time experiences are described many places in many threads. In general, for a few women the pain is terrible. For most women, there is a short, sharp pain and for many of us, there is neither pain nor bleeding. My first was a disappointment; nothing really happened.

Well considering its male/male then I don't know for sure about the pain. There are many threads on anal sex and how to prepare yourself... main things are to "relax" and have plenty of lube!
Having had anal sex once or twice I know that yes plenty of lube is important... and taking it very slow... no need to rush! for me it hurt at first but once it was in.. I was ok.

As far as knowing if u are ready? I mean if you feel comfortable w/ that person and feel ready to share something intimate w/ them... then I think its ok... have you guys done other stuff to each other? If not whether male or female.. no need to jump right into intercourse.. can always enjoy oral or mutual masturbation.. etc.
