look around the site for posts.
many men ask how they can last longer etc.
one ive noticed is when you masturbate go till you are almost about to cum...then stop!
chill for a minute and start back up... get close again and stop!
keep doing this as long as you can stand it and it is supposed to help you last longer and help be able to control it more
