I'm not new to sex, but this seemed the best place to put this.
I have a reasonably average penis size (6.5 inches longish), but a lot of the time when it's flaccid, this goes down a lot lower to anything done to 2 or 3 inches.
While I'm happy enough about the erect size, is there anything I can do to increase the size when its flaccid? Is it stress or something that is causing this problem? It just seems weird that it's so much smaller when not erect.
Problem? No problem. It's completely normal for a penis to be much smaller when flacid.

That much smaller though?
Yes. All men are different. Some men only grow 1-2 inches from flaccid to erect stages. Some men double or triple in size.. like in your case.

We are what we are whether erect or not. If you go swimming you may find upon walking out of the water that the cold water temperature has shrunk your manhood down to half an inch more or less--or at least less than what your normal flaccid size is.

ok listen, im 8+ erect, and when flaccid im about 3 1/2 that is completely normal, nothing to sweat.
