the thing is you might have to make the move, and this in turn may make him feel comfortable with it and tell him that watever he does will prolly make you feel bliss. im sure he's a great b/f cos he's scared and concerned of hurting you, or being to forward with his approach. He's prolly just waiting for you to give some response that you want it as well.

Communication is the key here (as always) you must tell him wat you like, and open up, but allow him also to explore and do it in 'his style'. You never know he might be a natural !!
