Actually its not rumor. The Patent is due to run out in the US in early 2012. But as with anything else things can and do change. Phizer already received an extension.
The spray form I'm referring to absorbs in the mucus membrane. They are also working with Ambien. Rumor has it that many have overdosed on it. NOVADEL's metered spray supposedly is metered to a specific dose. After the metered dose if you tried to, or accidentally sprayed too many doses they will be wasted and not absorbed.
