I lost my virginity very recentlly but am worried. I put the condom on fine and everything but then when we finished i notice the condom was very tight at the top and their was no gap also condom on the outside felt a bit wet or more lubricated i don't know. Is this normal??
If this ain't normal what circumstances would she need to be in to get pregnant and when and how would she know if she was!! So worried.

Any chance it could have leaked through the bottom, or is that just stupid?? They wer extra safe and was tight.
well theoretically and quite practically it is possible thats probably the main reason why you need to leave a reservoir in the top not so much because of splitting but because it has to go somewhere, if it was tight possibly it did not leak but you should have taken note of that at the time, if you are worried get her to take a plan B pill just to be safe
She came off her period 2days before we did it. So does this mean its less likely?
Thanks for all this advice, i know i wish we didn't, it just seemed right at the time but frankly neither of us knew enough about it. Just that i had to wear a condom and that we thought we were ready.
This is totally my fault which i understand and i should of done some research before but i do feel sex education at school should be larger than just learning parts of the vagina.
But would the pill be too late as we did it yesterday and getting the pill how easy is it to get? Like over the counter in a pharmacy>?
yes you can get the pill over the counter in most countries and you have up to 72 hours to do it but the sooner the better so act immediately,
frankly with questions like yours I begin to ask what the hell were you doing having sex ?
From what you describe, it sounds very unlikely that any semen leaked out. The condom can break, but it didn't. If it's all the way unrolled (or close to it), it would be very difficult for semen to leak out the end. Not impossible, I guess, but not very likely. It's normal for the condom to wind up wet on the outside if it doesn't leak.
There is "a certain time" (or really, a window of time) within which she can get pregnant ... but you can't necessarily know when it is, at least not perfectly. Trying to miss that window is a method of birth control called the "rhythm method." It doesn't work very well. You can look up the statistics. Anecdotally, it was, for many years, the favored method of observant Irish Catholics, which may explain why I knew several Irish kids with c. 12 siblings when I was young.
The usual ways to know if she is pregnant are (i) a test or (ii) if her period doesn't come.
Since apparently nobody has bothered to provide you much in the way of any sort of sex education, you may want to get a book.
Also i have just read that you have to roll the condom all the way down, i rolled it as far as it goes but that was only about 3/4 the way down. What conditions would she have to be in to get pregnant, like is their not a certain time or something ive heard.

what sort of condom did you use normally there is ample to roll it all the way down, I think any time starting from 2 weeks before her period she will definitely get pregnant but there is a possibility at any time

by the time she found out it will be too late so if in doubt consider plan B

The wetness is likely hers. Use spermicidal jelly in the vagina with condoms. The increase in protection is dramatic.
if it broke it would split wide open
well you "should" be ok 2 days after her period but rather than make a desperate call for help here after it happened you both should have had a good look at this site before going into it then you would have been much more prepared,
Thanks and i will be looking around very much so and i am hoping for the best on the situation.

That isn't the worst time, but it's not real far off. If you have long-lived sperm and/or she ovulates early in her cycle, you could be in the window. Since young women (I'll assume she's young) (a) have irregular cycles and (b) have no idea what their cycles even are, I wouldn't consider the timing tremendously helpful.
But it still doesn't sound like the condom failed. The ways condoms typically (I think) fail as birth control are breaking or falling off. It doesn't sound like either of those happened. You can avoid failure in obvious ways, like by using them reasonably promptly after buying them (and immediately after opening them), storing them at room temperature, not abusing the package, leaving room at the tip, hanging on to the end when withdrawing, not re-using them, etc.
Despite your lack of knowledge, it doesn't sound to me like you did anything particularly wrong.
But surely it the condom was only covered 3/4 is a mistake and when taking it off noticing that their was hardly/if any space at the tip of the condom are all mistakes? But are these not likely to be such a big problem causing pregnancy? But still a possibility.

Yeah, those two things made it more likely the condom would slip off (not unrolling as far as possible) or break (not leaving room). But neither happened. Okay, so I suppose you did some things a bit "wrong," but you know what they are.
Would you say that it only covered 3/4 is unlikely to cause any cum to slip out? And that we should be fine on the pregnancy side of things?
I don't think you have much reason to worry about the semen coming out of the end if it wasn't slipping off of you or loose. I have been with men who have fairly thick or long penises, so the condoms didn't fit all the way down the shaft. As everyone else said, though, it would be best to be safe and get plan B from a pharmacy. And, if you plan on having sex again, she should get on some other form of birth control as well. It sounds like you are pretty young, so I would make an appointment with planned parenthood. They usually provide free birth control for girls under 18 and also give out condoms and can answer all of her questions. Even if the birth control isn't free, it is always cheaper to pay $20 for a month of pills than $2-5K for an abortion or pregnacy bills.
Just remember, there is no point in freaking out, the only thing you can do now is figure out what you can do. I would say you are probably okay. Just take this experience and learn from it. I hope everything works out for you two.
yea your probably ok if the condom was not slipping off on its own it probably did not leak
