sounds like your penetrating to hard or deep?
if your penis curves downward, that could be it, if you are going in really deep.
what kind of position are you in when you are on top? that can make things different. if it is the missionary position that hurts, try doggy style or another one that might put your penis in a different area of her vagina.

She should get on top and experiment to see what angles work best. The geometry of every two people is different from any other couple. Experiment.
