Seems like there should be two of you working on that issue and, between you, you can get the geometry right. And, what is this "angling her;" let her do the positioning. She will get it right, if she wants it in there.

So, whether your strokes are long and slow, short and fast, you have to learn where the head of your penis is within her vagina at any given moment.
Second: Use plenty of lubricant and do not necessarily rely upon just the mucus she produces. I recommend for the time being that you apply some lubricant to your penis, and, that you use your finger to distribute some of her mucus around the vaginal opening. That she becomes wet does not necessarily mean that all parts are adequately moistened.
Third: Tease the vaginal opening with your finger. Let her become accustomed to it going in before using your penis. When you do begin to insert your penis, apply gentle pressure, do not push, shove, or, jab.
Encourage your partner to apply equal pressure in return, if she is not doing so.
