I delayed answering your post until now waiting to see what others might say. I guess they are waiting to see what I have to say--that being:

Why? Only because this is new to you.
It is important to know and understand that making out and making love and the overall relationship in general are not what we do each other; rather, what we do with and for each other. Nobody is a mind reader and the male of the species in particular requires the dots closely spaced and connected. All this requires communication. Weird? Not if you incorporate it into your hugging and kissing. There is much information on this, also, in one or more articles on the how-to's of making out. "Rape" is a very powerful and life altering ordeal for anyone, especially women, because it happens more often to them than it does to guys, so we hear about it much more frequently. Be very careful how you approach her about acting out this fantasy. If done correctly, if a "safe word" is in place, if you go about it in a loving manner even though the "act" as in a play may not be, then you should be Ok. Discuss all this before ever doing it and never ever just spring something like this on a woman out of the clear blue. You may think it a fantasy, she may interpret your actions as all too real.

Dominant behavior can be worked on over time. Trust, self confidence, self esteem, must be in place, first. Next comes how she thinks about leadership and taking charge within the relationship. Is this girl normally submissive or does she make suggestions and demands in other areas of your relationship? This will give you an idea of how able she is now or will become later on to express her wishes and see to it that they are accomplished.

The first action in dominance is having the cooperation of your partner.
