Read the links Demon posted for you. You insert your penis into the vaginal opening; there are only three one is the urethra (I doubt you'll find it since is small) the vaginal opening, and the rectum.
Read through foreplay, and the "process". Generally you enjoy disrobing each other. I doubt she will mind you are not circumcised.
I suggest since you have all these question read also about birth control, the use of condoms (prevents STD's and provides protection against pregnancy) & a spermicidal jelly (or BCP's if she is on them). Rule, you use one method of BC and she uses on method of BC.
As far as wanting to have sex? It becomes a natural progression in most relationships after you have gotten to know each other.
Why do you want to have sex w/someone random? Or do you just have lots of questions and no one to answer them for you?
