Probably not. Your tongue is soft and pliable and only sticks out of your mouth about an inch so it isn't likely to have sufficient force or rigidity. Now, having said that, ya just never know as each situation can be different.

Actually, there are a lot of sensitive nerve endings around the perimeter and just inside the opening so for her, there will probably be more enjoyment from having just the opening stimulated either with the tip of the tongue or a finger.
