It's normal vaginal discharge. If it's yellow, green or foul smelling you need to see a doctor since in non-sexually active women it could be a yeast infection.
But from what you describe it's normal discharge.
So is that considered "cum"? I'm so confused. Can a woman actually cum like a guy does? Do all women have vaginal discharge after masterbation or sex?

What you are most likely noticing is just an increase in normal vaginal fluids which change in amounts during the time of our cycle. All women have discharge since it's the body way of naturally cleaning it's self out and maintaining a healthy environment.
