Help! First Timer Question

My girlfriend and I just starting doing it. She was a virgin and I wasn't. I used a condom then I took it off being carefull not to cum in her. My question is... she was supposed to get her period by today; can loosing your virginity change the menstrual cycle of a girl's period? Thanks I really appreciate it.

Well, yeah ... if she gets pregnant in the process.

Other than that ... I don't think so. But they do vary sometimes for no obvious reason (more for some women than others). Anyway, that's my understanding. Someone who actually has them (menstrual cycles, that is) could tell you more.

As could a doctor.

Stress can lead to her period being late. If she is worried about being pregnant, that could cause her period to be late. Nice irony, huh?

But remember - any time you have sex pregnancy can result. Condoms, birth control pills, etc. reduce the chance by varying degrees. But they are not 100% foolproof. Something to keep in mind.

Now, your message isn't very clear - did you take off to condom, then re-enter her without it? That's risky. About the same as not using one.

Good answers.

No more than getting a cut or a wound somewhere else.

I agree, stress can change things; however, it is important to know that a girl's cycle fluctuates considerably the first few years and takes a long time to settle down into a reliable and predictable schedule.
