Help with the cowgirl position

I'm new to sex and I recently tried the cowgirl position with my boyfriend and I couldn't move up and down fast at all. Only back and forth. It feels better when I go up and down but I get tired fast and like I said, I don't go fast. How can I go faster and harder?

Up and down is hard and it's not surprising you get tired easily! Since you're having sex with the both of you, let him help you;

Probably most easy option on you is 2. You could use these interchangeably. Other than this: practice will give you a bit more endurance off course. I take it you sit on your knees (which is good!). But you could experiment with a squad. Most find this (very) uncomfortable, but there are those that find it more easy; depends on your personal preference, the angel with your lover and flexibility.

The back and forth-motion is the movement ideal for cowgirl on your knees (and you could try circling your hips too :)). You can stimulate your clit (rubbing against his body) and gspot if you find the right angle. So perhaps you'd like to experiment with that too a bit more! :)

I think it helps if you move one of your legs up so that you're sorta squatting over him? This way you can move up and down without too much rocking?

The main thing you should do is to pay attention to where your legs and feet are. A very common place for them while in this position is on top of the male's shoulders or just coming off the male's mid-section.
