When fingering, should you insert the fingers in and out, while rubbing the clit? How fast is an average speed? like 3 seconds for a full cycle? I am thinking about using 2 fingers, in and out, while my thumb rubbing the clit 1/3 the time?
In oral, do you just like the clit? Or do you insert it into her vagina, lick her vagina, use the abc technique, etc.

It depends on the women, different people will have different preferences. You would do well just to ask her and see if she has specific pereferences.
I also suggest you just try a variety of things and pay attention to how she reacts so you can learn what is best.
