Why have you not gone to the emergency room? Don't you get that a headache that lasts more than a few hours is a potential danger signal? :confused:
Get thee to the hospital PDQ & ASAP--like now.

Sounds like you should have it checked out. Could be anything from a slight bone bruise to a hematoma. If you had any loss of conciousness, see a doctor.
