I too am a bit confused. If a man "cums" ...it's pretty obvious both by his actions and of course, the semen. Did you see or feel the cum in your mouth or see him ejaculate when he pulled away?
If the answer is NO to all those, perhaps he's being a considerate lover and dosnt' want to "cum" in your mouth. I would ask him if he's comfortable with you giving him oral sex to completion. well from what I am understanding in your post.. he came twice? when a guy cums he is most likely orgasming.. so if u made him cum twice he probably just pulled away because it was too much.
