Talk to him. Find out how long masturbation takes him. Try some different positions. The male superior causes some men to come quickly because their muscles are so tense. Others, are slower in this position because their muscles are so tense. Experiment.
Make him not masturbate for like... two weeks, then I'm sure he won't take as long.
