well just like anything else... you aren't going to be great at it your first try...it takes practice.
the best thing for you to do is not try to force his whole length in your mouth.
use you hand to grasp the bottom of the shaft and move that up and down as an extension of your mouth.
then, focus your mouth and tongue on mainly the tip. sucking on the tip and running your tongue all around it.
also lick up and down the underside of the shaft.
dont try and choke yourself. just work as much of it as you are able to.
