I was thinking of trying something different to lose the last weight i have. I was thinking that if i have sex or whatever i'm comfortable with, touching and affection only if that's what i want, for at least 30 minutes or more 7 days a week i will feel less hungry and lose weight? Has anyone had a good experience with weight loss from having a lot of good sex?

Have You Lost Weight From Sex?


Sex is good cardio, but its not the best way. Go to the main page of the website, and look up sexercise. (Should be underneath positions). That seems like a fairly good method.
It will take a bit more than just touching and affection to lose weight. Your gonna have to puush yourself physically. Losing weight doesnt work by doing easy things.

Thank you Ducy! Well, i lost 75 pounds relatively easy to me. I have a couple more pounds to lose and i think that the effects of being touched and feeling the nice sensations that affection and/or sex brings will replace food. sex makes a lot of the same chemicals go off in your body that eating does. or not just sex, it has to be good sex, not uncomfortable sex. so, i'm just thinking that good sex or whatever i'm comfortable with at the time or feels good, can replace good food. i'm going to try this anyway and be the guinea pig. i test out a lot of ideas like this all the time and become a guinea pig.
You could try this but I agree with Ducy that you're probably going to have to start doing some more difficult positions in order to lose the weight. A good idea might be to get one of those sex-position books and start trying some of the more physically challenging positions that require strength and stamina. That would probably help you to get in shape, at least. Personally, I find that I feel more hungry after sex, so I don't this work out plan would work for me.
Well you still should eat...dont have sex so you dont eat, cuz you cant keep having sex than. I mean food=energy...sex+energy=good sex so using the transitive property food+sex=good sex lol.
Just do what I do to help with cravings, I eat yogurt in the morning, and sort of munch throughout the day..a sandwich here, a handful of cashews there. etc etc. eating healthy is good for you, and helps with weight loss!
Riding your guy, reverse or standard is great for working your thighs! The wilder you ride, the more you will tone ;)

True, i will eat healthier, not avoid food completely. i have plenty of healthy food in my house just i don't always feel like eating it, although i always purchase my favorite healthy food.
I haven't lost any weight from it, but I got rock hard thighs that help me stay on a mechanical bull from being on top....
