Well.. Ive been with my boyfriend 18 months and we were both each others first, we where together about a year before we had sex then after that it was all good and it was all very.. well horny. He made the first move most of the time and really made em feel wanted in that way. Now if i want sex i feel i have to let him know over and over, when we do it because ive stated it, never him. Is this a problem or can i get him to want to throw me on the bed again.. like the old days :(

The only way to get at an answer is to ask him. There are risks in bringing up the topic but you see what is happening without discussion. It will not change spontaneously.
Discuss it w/him. Often when a relationship settles in, so do both individuals sexually. In essence, we have a tendency to become "lazy" and to settle into habits. Getting out of a routine, helps keep long-term relationships alive and well.
