Having sex while still erected and strong is very good for me. But after the first time I ejaculate it seems as if my penis dies and I can't go for a second. I try to go again right away, but it seems as if it runs out of energy. I can get it hard again for a little bit, but if I don't start going at it right away it just dies. What can I do to stay erected to have sex for a second time?

Recovery time varies among men. Younger ones usually have recovery time in minutes; older in hours; I guess, eventually, in days. But there are younger men who take an hour or so.
As a teen, I found most partners, not all, could repeat very quickly, even multipl times without withdrawing. When I wanted a repeat performance, I always kept the stimulation up one way or another.
i can be as short as 5 minutes - 15 minutes before i go again... 5 minutes is quite rare and depends how your hormones are racing at the time. it usually stands at around 15 mins.
The penis will always go a bit limp just after ejaculation and start to go back to normal state.. you will always have that period where it is still around the same size as in a hard state but will just be a bit limp and will need working back up again (it will go back when its ready. if your partner keeps fondling this will help)
