i have had to shave the base of my penis as im starting to get hairs growing up it, im a naturally hairy person but i never expected hairs growing their, would waxing help as i currently get little nicks when i shave (i use a Mach3) i am so ashamed of it its ruining my life, how can i stop this?
My honey has a hairy penis, and it's never bothered me all that much. Shaved is good, au natural is good. Let me put it this way: do you think pubic hair on a woman ruins her life? I'm here to tell you it doesn't. It's all a matter of personal taste.
Should you want to remove it, I bought a remington bikini trimmer yesterday and showed it to the hubby. He immediately went to town and shaved down below for the first time in his life. He had no problems whatsoever. Told me he was afraid to use his razor down there but felt safer with a more petite gadget.

Now, you can look at this in one of 3 ways:
1) This is you, you're a bit hairy all over, and it dosn't impact how your cock works!
2) You're concerned that you look TOO hairy. Simply look at your pubic hair as another part of your body that needs grooming and just make an effort to trim it on a monthly basis.
3) Shave it off! Once a month i take a Mach3 razor and moisturized liquid soap, get in the shower....get erect, and gently shave all the hair of the base of my penis.
Just know that as you meet lovers, some will like you au natural, some groomed, some fully shaved. Thats the good thing about hair..it DOES grow back

But if you want to get rid of it and are worried about nicks, you can try one of those micro-trimmers. They are supposed to be pretty good. I think even places like Wal-mart have them and they are around $10.
It's hair. It's natural. There's nothing to be ashamed of.
And other guys get hair at the base and on their shaft. It's normal. Some guys have more, some guys have less.
As for how to get rid of it, I don't know. I'm not a guy and don't have that equipment to know.
