This is just one of those things that must be tried to be appreciated. Here is one of my oft repeated quotes that I'm sure will become famous: "Explore and learn together." Afterward, give each other feedback.
Hair on head, beard, body hair (arms, legs, etc.) all provide pleasant sensations when lightly rubbed or dragged across the skin. Some women may not like it. I find that most do. I myself find having long hair trailed across and over my thighs, abdomen and penis extremely pleasant!

I'd rather be with an older girl who knows what she is doing, than with a young one who thinks she can get pregnant if she swallows semen.
From a guys point of view if your going down on a girl and during this she notices and makes note of the state of your scalp i would be more worried about my cunnilingus skills then my hair (she probably also has a detailed knowledge of the light fixture on the ceiling of your bedroom).
Anyone who thinks a girl is better in bed then a woman has never been with a woman and shouldnt be offering up opinions.
