Gynocomastia

I was just wondering if anyone happened to know anything about gyno. Its puberty induced. I took a ph cycle which diminished it but there is still some tissue left over...

I talked to a doctor but she simply said it was no big deal. I know its just more of an aesthetic thing. But is there any way to remove the tissue naturally? Or is surgery my only option? I could in theory run another ph to remove the rest...or at least hope to, but the dosing would be so high that id rather NOT risk liver damage over this. But I am curious if it could break down as I. Workout and diet more. Most websites I visit recommend pills that are nothing more than tribulis or stinging nettle. So I was curious if this website could perhaps answer this question.

I don't really care about the puffy nipples. I had nipple rings for about a year and having those made me less self counscious about my nipples lol.

As far as the gyno, its a decent amount. Enough that it distorts the shape of my pecs. What I don't understand is that it varies in size. Some times when I check it feels lare and other days it feels very small.

And yes I have been to the website RR. I would just prefer to not have any surgery atm since I have been talking to recruiters for the last few months and I don't want to be doing anything that will delay any military entrance, or cause any unneccessary med screenings. I already am going in on a waiver for asthma I don't need to keep pushing it.

If you don't have a sizable amount of tissue I think women don't care like RR said. I knew a good looking guy in shape with puffy nipples and women didnt seen to mind.

CollierAlda,

You have posted elsewhere as a woman and now are stating you have had two surgeries for a male malady. What are you talking about?

Most probably you have found this site, but if not: https://www.gynecomastia.org/
(Gynecomastia.org provides links to other sites regarding this subject).
For anyone not knowing what this thread is about, this vid explains it: [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZpLjpiatoc&feature=player_embedded]YouTube - Gynecomastia & You & Me

I can imagine how it can bother you. But after treatment, I doubt how many would notice (unless you're a bodybuilder on which every inch is scrutinized). I probably wouldn't notice nor would I mind if I did. But it's your body and it's you that needs to be happy with it. Just make sure they don't cut it up like they did with MJ's nose!

What one doctor may think is trivial another may choose to treat. Do not mess with yourself but do seek another opinion. I have no experience with this.

I have had 2 surgeries, and they have helped, but my nipples are still puffy, and it is rather unsightly and lowers my self-confidence.

I had to look up the word. Wow. They even have special bras for men.

I always had that problem, from being a chubby kid, through puberty and into adulthood. It bothered me and I was somewhat self-conscious about it, but no woman I was ever with ever said a thing about it--it seemed to be MY issue, never that of any of my partners, whether long-term or shorter. I lost a lot of weight at several points in my life and that always helped, but I was still always larger than I was comfortable with, and being on the beach without a shirt on made me feel insecure. Strangely enough, at the age of about 50, I developed a breast tumor, which proved to be pre-cancerous, and when the doctor removed the lump (she scraped out the tissue right down to my rib cage!), I had one perfectly shaped male breast--the other was still big, and in a way that felt even worse--I told my surgeon maybe she'd get a chance to "even me out" some day. She said she hoped not! Three years later, there was a lump on the other breast, and she DID even me out! I'm very happy with how I look now. So for me, surgery did work wonders, even though it was not really "cosmetic" surgery at all, and I'd never have done it just for that.
