Think about the first-timer who is at the beginning of his sexual life and has no prior experience, what is he to do? I suppose he'll just have to experiment and try different things and work with his partner and work something out. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, however, if my take on the matter is anywhere close then just work together and start again.

Please keep in mind that a relationship is a partnership as is the romantic aspect of your life. Sex is not what we do to each other; rather, what we do with an for each other. Explore and learn together, even if it means starting something over like learning to stroke or thrust.

Try doing it to music perhaps? Choose carefully though.

When Samba came to the U.S. back in the '50s it was considered way too sensual in its native form so dance studios (Arthur Murray, I believe) changed it by adding the so called "Samba Pulse" to the styling of the dance. Maybe you should try Samba music and pulses!

About ten years ago or so a new dance was trying to make its way into the U.S. called the Lombatta (sp) and it didn't last long at all, only a few months because its gyrations were so offensive. Maybe a trip to Brazil would help.

In all seriousness, though, maybe putting on some music would help get your rhythm back. I agree, choose carefully. A Merengue song done to Mexican music might just be considered "battering".
