Thanks Evil. Don't get me wrong, during forplay and the initial encounter, regardless of a quickie or an extended session, I am a normal male who has to try hard not to blow and, when given the go ahead (she's orgasmed or we are going to orgasm together) I cum ferociously always. Its that next orgasm or even the third after refractory that may take some work. I wish I was like a female and could just pop off like a powder keg, but no.

Staying well hydrated is important, fescue, during a protracted period. IMO 3 to 4 hours per interlude is good. Anything less is barely enough time to get your clothes off. During that time a man in his 40's should be able to cum 3 to 4 times if properly cared for and suitably aroused.
