Government encourages condom-carriers

'This is not about encouraging promiscuity, but saying to those who are already sexually active: sex without a condom is seriously risky, so always use one,' public health minister Caroline Flint explained.
'The aim of this campaign is to make carrying and using a condom among this age group as familiar as carrying a mobile phone, lipstick or putting on a seat-belt.'

yea that makes sense

Sounds like a good idea to me.

We got caught in the moment is a rather lame exscuse I think even parents should encourage 16 yr olds to carry a couple of condoms on them and maybe get them for them not that I mean that they should encourage their children to have sex at just 16 but as many do it is a good idea to be prepared

Yeah that is a good idea, but see, I could go buy condoms if I wanted to, but there's like 1 place here that sells them, but I'm not dating anyone so I haven't bought any yet, and I am sorta self conscience buying them there cause I'm in that store a lot.

I know what you mean I am the only english person living in a small town in Italy if I go and get a packet of condoms it will be all over town in hours the nosy b@astards. the only automatic machine in right on the coner of the main town square next to a hotel now what a nice descreet place to put it. the only time I got a pacjet of condoms at the chemist was when a girl was comming to stay with us for 2 weeks as we rather had the hots for one another.

Lol there is a place in town, which isn't far from me really, but there are more places there that sell them, one that I know of that has a machine in the bathroom that sells them lol. They aren't the brand I like though.. some off brand and I don't know if I'd wanna try them
